Shipping Terms & Conditions

At LuLu Cosmetics, we carefully package every order so your beauty favorites arrive safely and beautifully.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During sales, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your package has shipped and do not include processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We offer:

Flat-rate shipping: $17.95
Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more

Shipping Locations

LuLu Cosmetics currently ships within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your confirmation email.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. LuLu Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, LuLu Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to submit a claim.

We are happy to assist by providing any information needed for your carrier claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lulucosmetics@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the matter promptly.
